We sit down together — in person or over video — to talk through your vision, your date, your venue, and your budget. You’ll see and handle our actual stems, so you know exactly the quality you’re getting. No pressure, just ideas.

Chapter Two
Design & Proposal
We turn that conversation into a detailed proposal: your palette, every piece, and a clear, itemized price. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before you commit a dollar — and we refine it together until it feels right.

Chapter Three
The Reveal
Everything is built, styled, and photographed for your approval well ahead of time — no last-minute surprises. For weddings, your pieces are finished weeks early; for holidays, we confirm your install date and plan the day.

Chapter Four
Happily Ever After
On the day, we deliver and set everything in place. Rental pieces return to us afterward; keepsakes like your bouquet stay with you forever. For holiday installs, we come back in January to pack it all away.
Good to Know
A few things worth knowing
Securing your date
A deposit reserves your date and your pieces. Dates fill in order of deposit — especially May through October and December.
Plenty of lead time
We suggest reaching out three to six months ahead for weddings, and by early fall for holiday installs.
Rent or keep
Rental pieces return after your event; personal pieces like your bouquet are yours to keep forever.
